These Terms, Messaging & AI Disclosure (“Terms”) apply to your use of https://remodel-az.com/ and to communications with Valley Design and Build, LLC, publicly marketed as Valley Design & Build (“Valley Design & Build,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Website information and remodeling services
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Photographs, service descriptions, price ranges, timelines, and project examples do not constitute a binding proposal, warranty, or guarantee. Actual scope, pricing, scheduling, materials, and responsibilities are governed by a separate written agreement signed for the applicable project.
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, submit unlawful or misleading content, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.
AI-assisted communications disclosure
Valley Design & Build may use automated or AI-assisted systems in website chat, text messaging, email, social-media messaging, or telephone calls. An AI-assisted agent may answer common questions, collect contact or project information, help schedule a consultation, summarize a conversation, or route a request to a human team member.
At the beginning of an applicable AI voice call, the system may identify Valley Design & Build, explain the purpose of the call, disclose that an automated or AI-generated voice is being used, and explain how to opt out. AI-generated information may be incomplete or inaccurate and does not replace a written project agreement or professional advice. You may request a human representative at any time.
Telephone and text-message terms
If you voluntarily provide your telephone number and select an applicable optional consent box, you authorize Valley Design and Build, LLC to send the categories of communications described in that consent. These may include responses to your inquiry, consultation scheduling, appointment reminders, requested service information, customer-care communications, and project updates. Marketing or promotional text messages will be sent only when you separately opt in where required.
Calls or text messages may use an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded message, or AI-generated voice. Consent to receive marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to cancel text messages. Reply HELP for help, call 480-331-7008, or email vdb@remodel-az.com. After an opt-out request, we may send one confirmation message and will honor the request as required. To opt out of calls, tell us during a call or contact us using the phone number or email above.

Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s text, branding, design, and original media are owned by or licensed to Valley Design & Build and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued website use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
